Most importantly, there’s a sense of pride in what we produce—high-quality goods that make a real difference. Innovation is not always prioritized, which may limit excitement for some staff. It’s a place where things stay the same unless prompted by urgent need. I’ve worked in several manufacturing facilities over the years, and this one is by far the best.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority throughout production. The scale and impact of production are simply awe-inspiring. Training was adequate, and the tools needed are available.
