The Project Manager (Operations and System Transformation), will work closely with functional and cross-functional teams, as well as institutional leaders at all levels. They will be responsible for leading high-priority, large, and complex planning initiatives, managing project planning and implementation, and supporting the general work of Transformation, including projects related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modernization. As part of this role, this person will work to understand and balance the needs of project stakeholders, identify key risks and dependencies, and employ discipline and creativity to create project plans that meet organizational objectives and deliver results. This position is hybrid and requires a minimum of 2 days a week on any of the Vermont State College System's campuses.
