Our client, Princeton University, is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining and updating online content, promoting events, and coordinating various program-related activities. Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Assist with data entry, scheduling meetings, invoice processing, and payments for Keller Center’s programs. Regularly update and maintain the center’s website and other databases/spreadsheets. Manage and send promotional emails to program participants and campus partners to highlight upcoming events. Coordinate, schedule, and assist with executing events—virtual or in-person—on or off campus.
