(Travelers, job sheets, IPIs) · Generate programs offline and on the machine. · Make edits to programs as required. · Work with the Quality Dept. to achieve buyoff. · Run all parts efficiently, consistently & burr free. · Keep an accurate count of parts run. · Perform in-process checks to ensure quality. · Debur parts as required while the machine is cutting. · Help Manage & maintain machine consumables inventory. · Basic maintenance of laser. · Clean lens Daily. · Follow all Safety Protocols. · Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized. · Have basic knowledge of qualifying, fixturing, band saws, grinders, & welders. · Weld Fixture · Responsible for filling out proper paperwork to support the job.
