In Sept of 2008 we created Flappers Comedy LLC, for the purpose of creating a comedy club venue that would provide world class comedy and food, offer comedy workshops. We also owned another company called, Hollywood Ha Ha Fest /DBA -H2F Comedy Prods Inc. it was originally incorporated in 2000, its purpose was to present and produce live comedy events and to book and manage comedic talent in various venues around town. The corporations were conducting similar and complimentary functions so we decided to merge the two entities into one. As of Jan 1st 2010, we have dissolved the Hollywood Ha Ha Fest Inc. and merged it with Flappers Comedy LLC and created a DBA called H2F Comedy Prods. H2F Comedy Prods will continue to operate an office in Burbank and will continue to serve as the off-site booking and talent management department. Flappers Comedy LLC is owned and operated by Barbara Holliday and Dave Reinitz. The business has been producing LIVE comedy events, managing and booking comedy talent since 2000. Some of the many shows we have created and developed include, The Hollywood Ha Ha Fest (International Comedy Festival) in North Hollywood in 2000, Uncle Clyde's Comedy Contest (14 Years), Side of Fries, Jokeyoke, Joke Signals, The Preferred Parking Comedy Tour, and Survival of the Funniest. We have produced shows at the Ha Ha Café, The Toluca Lake Tennis Club, The Improv, The Comedy Store, The Chi Chi Club, The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club and colleges all over the country. We are currently producing several shows a week at the Ice House Comedy Club in Pasadena, CA, and at Michael's Bar & Grill in Burbank, CA. We believe it is time to have our own venue. In an effort to provide the kind of quality of service and in order to take our business to the next level, we have created a "Franchisable" Comedy Club entity called Flappers Comedy Club and Restaurant. We truly believe that we can become competitive with the world largest comedy club chain "The Improv." We maintain a data base of over 50,000 audience members and ...
