We look for materials that provide written warranties, and are manufactured by reputable firms - i.e. companies that stand behind their products. We do this for two reasons 1) that we're in this for the long haul and we want to be able to look you in the eye 2, 3 or 5 years from now and have you still be glad you got your flooring from us and 2) we don't especially want to install the materials twice, because it failed the first time around. Our sales staff is friendly, very knowledgeable about the products we display and there is never any pressure. We are fully cognizant that we all have budgets - it is never a problem to give you quotes on 2 or more qualities. Most of us would like to have the top of the line of whatever we buy, but sometimes that's not in the budget. We strive to give you the best quality of materials that your budget allows. Our last and equally important objective is to provide a safe, steady and pleasant work atmosphere for our employees.
