OVERVIEW The Division Director is responsible for identifying, winning, and overseeing new business in the Federal Agency marketplace, while building a pipeline for capture management initiatives. The Director needs to have a proven, successful sales, capture, and operational management record in the Federal Sector. A hands-on approach to building new business is essential.
