Job Description Job Description The Apartment Maintenance Technician will have strong people skills and a positive attitude, they will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the community assigned under the direction of the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be able to handle work orders, make-readies, grounds, and any other preventative maintenance needed to upkeep the communities. This will be a split schedule between two different properties.
