ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Results Payroll 1. Direct oversight of Area payroll staff 2. Ensure timely and accurate upload of payroll data o Work collaboratively with Area department managers and NSC payroll team to ensure timely submission of payroll data o Monitor requests and reasons for Off Cycle paychecks to support Area Finance Manager and Director’s efforts to reduce payroll errors o Research and resolve department manager and employee payroll questions o Assist Sales and Operations personnel with variable compensation calculations as directed by Area Finance Manager o Train and coordinate payroll staff schedules to ensure adequate knowledge of payroll duties are in place at all times.
