Job Description Job Description Payroll Coordinator Bilingual Spanish Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8 AM-4 PM Pay rate: $24-$26/hr Duties: Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Enter and verify hours worked in the Paycor software system. Manage payroll adjustments, including pay rate changes, healthcare updates, and direct deposit modifications. Input garnishments, wage assignments, and other deductions into the system. Handle onboarding and termination processes, and enter relevant data into the payroll system. Gather and implement onboarding information for payroll setup. Coordinate with external vendors for ancillary benefit updates. Perform additional Human Resources-related tasks as needed. Maintain a strong work ethic and uphold confidentiality at all times. Requirements: Experience with outsourced payroll software is required. Familiarity with Paycor software is a plus.
