Job Description Role Function: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services from overseas suppliers to final North American destinations. The central focus of duties will include end to end ownership of our shipping and fulfillment process: Engaging with vendors to ship using optimal mode, Documentation review, US Customs preparation, Ongoing logistics tracking, Import & clearance on arrival, and Drayage to warehouse. Concurrent with this will be quantifying customer demand, document compliance and actioning our Incoming Quality Assurance protocols in partnership with the QA & Food Safety Team.
