The Launch Engineer is responsible for coordinating deliverables associated with assigned Tier 1 direct OEM releases, planning and executing as defined in the BOS system to achieve release objectives for safety, quality, delivery, and financial commitments over a 90-day period. Manage engineering changes with the plant team to ensure effective implementation. Monitor the team assigned to the launch to ensure a sense of ownership and responsibility for the activities of the functional areas at startup.
