Gatekeeper Management was established in 1986 as a full service residential property management company. Services include marketing houses, screening tenants, leasing, collecting rent, accounting, direct deposit to owners, communications, maintenance, handling complaints/problems, late rent, & evictions if needed, taking care of property between tenants, and all other facets of residential property management. We also buy real estate & sell through lease purchase as well as traditional mortgage bank financed sales. The owner, Brett Vincent, purchased the company in 2002 and has since grown it from managing 60 properties to well over 500 properties. Brett is a full time real estate investor, and a very hands-on business owner. He previously spent 16 years in the paper industry as a mechanical engineer and operations manager with companies including Proctor & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, and Avery Dennison Corporations. Brett is married with 2 teenage girls, is a 25 year volunteer church youth counselor, and a private pilot. He is also active in the Fayette County Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, and PowerCore business networking group. Candace Hayes is the Office Manager and has been with the company since 2010. Randy Rawlings with years of real estate experience is Broker and Sales Agent for our tenants and home owners.
