Job Summary Provides a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment through refreshing different spaces throughout the healthcare system under the direction of a supervisor. Participates in the overall building management program to provide high-quality, cost-effective service with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality. Mostly involved with facilities construction, and refresh efforts, including painting, drywall repair, flooring etc. Most work is performed as a team, alongside a finisher and or carpenter, but there may be independent work as well. Healthcare experience is highly recommended. The average work week will consist of Monday Friday, however qualified candidates will have to be open to scheduled nights and weekend work.
