Job Summary: The Facilities Manager monitors and ensures Credit Union facilities are maintained to the highest possible standard, both internal and external. The primary focus includes but is not limited to HVAC systems, electrical, lighting, janitorial, signage, roof systems, plumbing, elevators, fire & security alarm systems, drive through systems, grounds, and safety. Other responsibilities include project planning & management, ATM lighting, landlord relations, work order system management, real estate and lease/landlord relations, and supervising & developing mail room and maintenance staff.
