Job Description Postdoctoral Associate role open to study Multiomics of HIV-1 latency and cure Postdoctoral/Senior Scientist position is available to investigate the molecular mechanisms of HIV-1 persistence, HIV reservoir, and cure strategies using advanced humanized mouse models of infection. We are employing molecular virology, genetic lineage tracing methods, single cell multi-omics, and confocal imaging approaches to learn how HIV-1 spreads and persists in tissue sites during antiretroviral treatment. The research tests new paradigms for understanding HIV-1 dissemination, persistence and the nature of the HIV-1 reservoir.
