ARCHITECT I - Raleigh, NC JOB OVERVIEW Full-time Architect I to participate on various projects through all phases of design and construction. Day to Day Responsibilities: Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments within project scope, schedule, and budget Develop solutions to technical and design issues Design and review production drawings Participate in all aspects of construction administration (in office and on site) Manage record keeping Review documents with City Departments including Planning, Building, Fire, and other appropriate authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) Gain exposure to defining project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and planning Oversee/mentor a staff of Architects, Designers, and Technicians Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time What We Look For: Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience Professional Licensure required | NC Architectural Registration preferred In-depth knowledge and experience in all phases of Architecture Experience with multi-family and mix
