The Data & Analytics department is looking for an expert to drive technical capability development and execution in our engineering team. The Principal Telematics Engineer will be the key contributor to the execution of motor portfolio strategy for the Technical Underwriting, Data Science and Technology teams and will build the architecture, systems, data pipelines, and technologies required to have a best-in-class telematics data ecosystem. This role will be based in our Schaumburg, IL North America Headquarters in a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: Design and build scalable data pipelines to ingest, store and process very large amounts of telematics data including streaming and real-time into the cloud-based Data Lake Design and implement strategy to leverage telematics data in combination with other internal and external data to enable key business decisions.
