Position Details: Long term Contract with possible extension(s)/hire Location: Customer Site: New York, NY 10036 Work is 80% data center support & 20% user support (i.e. phone installs) Work is 80% fiber and 20% copper Requirements: 2 years experience relevant experience, preferably at least 1 year in a data center environment Copper and Fiber (Single Mode & Multi-Mode connections) Familiar with using a Fluke Versiv Mainframe Rack and Stack Network Troubleshooting (layer 1 of the OSI model) Worked in a ticketing system such as ServiceNow completing MAC and break-fix requests Can lift up to 100 lbs.
