One of the best places I’ve worked in manufacturing. Supervisors know your name, and coworkers look out for each other. The company follows procedures well, and everything is fairly consistent. Safety protocols are serious, and everyone is held to the same standard. The company prioritizes innovation and continuous improvement. It’s not the most inspiring place to work, but it is dependable.
