We need a Salesforce Business Analyst with extensive experience in State or Federal Government Technology Projects. Experience working in three or more successful Salesforce implementations is required. Must have experience in iterative or incremental software development methodology/framework (e.g. SCRUM, Agile, SAFE, etc.) Experience developing functional system documentation. Skills & Competencies: Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. In-depth knowledge of the banking and financial services industry, including banking products (e.g., loans, mortgages, savings accounts), payment systems, and financial regulations. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and understanding of the product development lifecycle. Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience in requirements traceability and ensuring that deliverables meet business expectations.
