They are currently seeking a Head of Operations for their manufacturing site in the Bay Area. Responsibilities: Collaborate with functional leaders and other members of SLT to drive operating plan for the site Bring best practices from prior experience and merge into current culture and practices at the SF site Leading process development to support a broad portfolio of both catalog and custom made products Leading transfer of critical raw materials between external and internal manufacturing sites Experience Required: Must have 5+ years experience leading manufacturing operations within CDMO field Ability to change and implement strong culture Ability to communicate across multiple levels (technical/non technical, executive team/entry level) Small molecule experience considered a plus Prior site management experience is a plus If the above sounds
