We are currently seeking a full time American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter for a Video Remote Interpreting/In Person Interpreting Hybrid position. The position is full time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST with overtime available. Position will require login to Video Remote Interpreting application from a laptop computer. SLUSA has a medical customer in St. Petersburg that occasionally requires in person interpreting, if that need comes up, the interpreter would log out of VRI and go perform in person interpreting for this customer. Preference given to certified interpreters. We accept RID, NAD, BEI certification but will consider alternate certifications, documentation of experience, medical certifications, completion of interpreter training program.
