Description The 62B District Court is HIRING! We are looking for two candidates, one for the criminal division and the other for the probation department. The Criminal Division is responsible for handling all matters related to criminal law, which includes all misdemeanors with a potential for jail time of year or less, arraignments and preliminary examinations for felonies. The Kentwood Probation Department supervises and rehabilitates misdemeanor offenders while in the community. In addition, the Probation Department prepares Pre-Sentence Investigation Reports and substance abuse assessments for the court.
