Job Description Job Description 365 Home Care provides in-home respite care to individuals with intellectual disabilities from ages 3 years. Our services are provided throughout San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Imperial counties. Must be very competent with computer usage and Microsoft software. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Conduct in-home assessments for new clients. Appropriately schedule all caregivers to cover all shifts. Monitor schedules to ensure that overtime is not incurred without prior approval from the Director. Replace any call-outs as soon as possible, being sure not to use overtime unless prior approval from the Director is received. Complete visit verifications. Track employee vacation, personal, birthday, and earned days requested off. Be available to fill-in in on emergency bases for a call-out caregiver if no replacement is found and the family will suffer hardship if the shift is canceled.
