The Harmony Grove Sanitary District serves the community of Harmony Grove with Sewer and Water. Office is located in the Hometown Bank, Harmony Grove branch, in the basement. Office hours are from 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday. Office hours can be extended apon request. Billings are done quarterly, March 31, June 30, Sept 30, and Dec 31. Payments may be made by mail, at the drive through of the bank, the night deposit box outside the bank, dropped in the drop box located on the top of the stairs, or in person to the Clerk.
