Job Description Teacher Assistant Qualifications: An Associate degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college or university Reports to: Principal and Teacher Purpose: To assist the teacher in the organizing and implementing the instructional program and to provide support for clerical, technical and monitorial functions.
