Heartland Counseling is a faith-based agency that has been providing mental health services in the Elburn, IL area for 10+ years. We are currently transitioning under new management from our not-for-profit status to a private practice business. We will be relocating August 1st to the Wasco/Village of Campton Hills area and we are excited to welcome new employees! We are looking for long-term employees willing to work hard to build the practice and contribute to the long-standing reputation that Heartland has achieved. This is an opportunity for to work towards future partnership in our practice while receiving fair compensation. Our team is committed to providing exceptional mental health services aimed at long-term change for our clients and community! As a full-time therapist at Heartland, there is a goal of 20-25 direct clinical hours, ongoing marketing and outreach, and maintenance of required paperwork. Therapist iincome is based on a percentage of client receipts. We are looking to hire LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, and Licensed Clinical Psychologists with 2 years post-licensure experience (preferred, not required).
