Experience: BS Mechanical, Chemical Engineer or related with 10 – 30 years of experience with at least 5 years of management. Ideal candidates will have experience from either the Plastics Industry with knowledge of extrusion and compounding or the Chemical Process Industry. CMMS and Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus. Duties: This Maintenance Manager will have 6-8 direct reports at this 100 non union person plant that runs 24 hours a day 5 days a week.
