He/she must be competent and demonstrative in meeting and exceeding standards regarding childcare and the teaching of his/her assigned classroom. He/she must have a minimum of six (6) months work experience in childcare centers and must have completed a total of 12 semester units in Early Childhood Education with a passing grade.
