His Own was formed by three friends who wanted to combine their love for Jesus, passion for music and desire to proclaim the joy of the feminine heart. In a world where women are exploited, misused, and misguided, we desire that our music and ministry will inspire women to come before the Lord as they are, to encounter His unique love for them, and to be reminded of the eternal measure of their feminine dignity and worth. Kara has spent the last 15 years traveling the globe, sharing her love for Jesus Christ through testimony and worship. She has released 5 original albums, won 6 Unity Awards by the United Catholic Music and Video Association, and has appeared on five international television programs. Encountering countless women with the same struggle to find their true identity in Christ lit a fire in her heart to help found His Own. She currently lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with her husband, Robert. They are excited to be expecting their first child in March 2019! Christine is from Nashville, TN and she is the fourth of ten children. She has been singing for over 10 years at faith rallies, Youth 2000s, Ignite Your Torch, and SUMMIT in Nashville. She has been honored to sing background vocals on multiple albums of other Christian artists, such as PJ Anderson! Before doing ministry with His Own, Christine enjoyed teaching kindergarten but soon felt a call to do ministry where women would be reminded and renewed in their true identity. She has found a joy to living and longs to share it! Maria was born in Kentucky and began singing, playing piano and writing music by the age of six. In college she led worship for venues such as Steubenville conferences, World Youth Days, Youth 2000's and traveled the US and internationally playing a variety of genres with various bands. Maria has always been passionate about health and wellness. 1. Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting is a form of problem solving, often applied to repair failed products or processes on a machine or a system. It is a logical, systematic search for the source of a problem in order to solve it, and make the product or process operational again. Troubleshooting is needed to identify the symptoms. Determining the most likely cause is a process of elimination—eliminating potential causes of a problem. Finally, troubleshooting requires confirmation that the solution restores the product or process to its working state. In general, troubleshooting is the identification or diagnosis of "trouble" in the management flow of a system caused by a failure of some kind. The problem is initially described as symptoms of malfunction, and troubleshooting is the process of determining and remedying the causes of these symptoms. A system can be described in terms of its expected, desired or intended behavior (usually, for artificial systems, its purpose). Events or inputs to the system are expected to generate specific results or outputs. (For example, selecting the "print" option from various computer applications is intended to result in a hardcopy emerging from some specific device). Any unexpected or undesirable behavior is a symptom. Troubleshooting is the process of isolating the specific cause or causes of the symptom. Frequently the symptom is a failure of the product or process to produce any results. (Nothing was printed, for example). Corrective action can then be taken to prevent further failures of a similar kind.
  2. Housekeeping: Housekeeping department is keeping the venue clean and sanitary as part of customer service. Cleaners vacuum rugs and furniture in hallways, rooms and public areas. They collect trash and empty wastebaskets, change the sheets and make the beds.
  3. Preventive Maintenance: Preventive maintenance is the act of performing regularly scheduled maintenance activities to help prevent unexpected failures in the future. Put simply, it's about fixing things before they break.
  4. Water Treatment: Water treatment is any process that improves the quality of water to make it more acceptable for a specific end-use. The end use may be drinking, industrial water supply, irrigation, river flow maintenance, water recreation or many other uses, including being safely returned to the environment. Water treatment removes contaminants and undesirable components, or reduces their concentration so that the water becomes fit for its desired end-use. This treatment is crucial to human health and allows humans to benefit from both drinking and irrigation use.
  5. Commitment: An agreement or pledge to do something in the future a commitment to improve conditions at the prison especially : an engagement to assume a financial obligation at a future date.
