Some managers provide strong guidance, while others are more hands-off.

My experience has been generally positive, though not particularly exceptional. It’s a respectful environment with steady workloads, which can suit certain personality types. It’s a functional environment that could benefit from stronger engagement efforts. Excellent research facilities and access to modern technologies. I feel genuinely empowered in my role here. Colleagues are collaborative, smart, and humble.
