Overview: The Associate Enterprise Data Steward is the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for data used within BISSELL. The data steward is responsible for knowing how our data is collected, maintained, and interpreted inside and outside of the organization. The data steward is also responsible for establishing data-quality metrics and requirements, including defining values, ranges, and parameters, that are required for each data element. The Associate Enterprise Data Steward supports the development of BISSELLs Data Governance processes and implements those processes to ensure data quality. They work with the business teams to establish processes, procedures and internal controls used for the detection and correction of data-quality issues. The Associate Enterprise Data Steward will also assist in the development of data protection guidelines and protocols that govern the proliferation of data.
