A very supportive and well-run organization. From leadership to support staff, people are engaged and thoughtful. It’s a quiet, uneventful place to work that won’t surprise you—positively or negatively. Supportive colleagues and collaborative work environment. Policies are followed closely, which provides consistency but can limit flexibility. Inclusive environment with diverse perspectives. Not much variety day-to-day. Training is available, but it's largely self-directed.
