Milvali is the best salon in Northern California! I have been getting my hair extensions there for 3 years and am always very pleased. The environment at Milvali is also excellent. From the front desk, to Molly and Michelle. who are both stylists that have worked on me. Bottom line, Milvali is outstanding.
