I’ve found this manufacturing company to be a fantastic place to work. I've been consistently impresseddedication to employee safety and well-being. Employees are committed, but there's a lack of team-building or cross-training opportunities. Performance expectations are fair, but the work can feel repetitive and lacks creative opportunities. However, change and ideas for improvement are often delayed. Leadership provides clear direction, and coworkers make each shift enjoyable.

Management leads by example, fostering an environment of respect and hard work. Training exists but can be uneven across departments. The culture here is based on respect, productivity, and teamwork. I truly enjoy the problem-solving aspects of my role here.
