About Seton High School
The Seton Varsity dance team has practiced every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday since May. As we continue to train for Nationals going into this final month, we are doing a lot of new and different things than we have in the past to try to give us that extra edge. Every practice we strengthen ourselves by doing more crunches, pushups, and planks than earlier in the season. On Saturdays
