Nineteen volunteers travelled to the Dominican Republic from October 26 to November 2, 2019 on the annual ENT medical trip to help disadvantaged children. The team, led by Dr. Lee Eisenberg, screened over three hundred children and performed one hundred and one procedures on seventy-six patients at the Centro Medico Central Romana. This was my twelfth and final trip to La Romana. One of the best things that occurred is that we were able to do tonsillectomies since there is a new ENT physician at the hospital available to provide post-operative care. I have enjoyed all my years with HTCNJ, and glad that I had the opportunity to help so many children, said Dr. Eisenberg, Trip Chief. New team members and surgeons, Dr. Charles Lutz and Dr. Thomas Willcox, did an outstanding job on their first medical trip.

The product manager is often responsible for analyzing market conditions and defining features or functions of a product and for overseeing the production of the product. The role of product management spans many activities from strategic to tactical and varies based on the organizational structure of the company. To maximize the impact and benefits to an organization, Product management must be an independent function separate on its own.
