The operator is to move the crane to job site locations and properly set it up for operation. Set up to include all required inspections of the crane. Must have rigging knowledge to observe rigging process and determine if safe for movement. The operator to help create site safety plans and lifting plans as required. Must be able to read and understand load charts. Must know and understand all hand signals.
