Job Type Full-time Description Bindery Operators- Days are responsible for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of bindery machinery in order to meet daily production goals in a manner consistent with rules and policies. Bindery Operators are generally responsible for safely and efficiently operating the company's machines according to job specifications, quality specifications and the daily production schedule. Bindery Operators perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery. Depending on the machine, Bindery Operators hold a leadership role in guiding the work of their assigned crew(s). Other Bindery tasks may be assigned from time to time as warranted by workloads and production requirements. Must be able to learn additional Bindery equipment but will be trained to do so.
