Overview: The YMCA of Northern Colorado is looking for creative, enthusiastic early childhood assistant teachers to join our preschool program. The ideal candidate radiates fun but balances that positive energy and playfulness with maturity, thoughtfulness and experience in actively engaging with youth in a safe, healthy manner. Strong customer service skills and a positive work attitude are a must, as you will be a role model for our preschoolers. Our center provides a supportive work environment where all staff members feel valued and respected. We also provide extensive training and learning opportunities to allow teachers to advance in their early childhood career. We are in need of staff available half days for a minimum of 3 days per week. This position is part time, year-round up to 28 hours per week. Additional hours may be available during summers.
