Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers in overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to project completion. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Help manage subcontractor relationships, including contract negotiation, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Track project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to ensure project goals are achieved. Review project drawings and specifications to ensure all work is completed in accordance with approved plans and building codes. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and submittals.
