Title: Supervisor, Drilling Job Summary: The Supervisor, Drilling Engineering for Anschutz Exploration Corp (AEC) is responsible for supervising all drilling operations company wide. This position will include acting as a lead for less experienced drilling engineers, providing mentoring and coaching to develop and improve their technical and operational abilities. This position will include direct oversight & management of 1-3 drilling rigs with the expectation of safe, continuous improvement, reducing drilling durations and well costs. This position will report to the Drilling Manager. Major Responsibilities: Reviews and approves designs and procedures for drilling new wells, including directional planning, casing selection, drilling fluids, BHA and cement design, rig specifications, etc. Supervises all phases of the drilling operations to ensure accuracy, adherence to state and Federal requirements, proper documentation, post drilling technical reviews, lessons learned, etc. Ensures
