BRIEF DESCRIPTION The National Project Director - Senior is responsible for selling and managing large and/or complex, new business opportunities through leads and referrals generated by personal business development activities as well as from other BluSky sales team members. The National Project Director- Senior markets to commercial property owners and managers, and commercial insurance adjusters and brokers to receive referral relationships for restoration sales in addition to collaborating and selling with other members of the BluSky sales team. Salary Range: $125,000- $175,000 Commission Auto Allowance PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals. Negotiates and executes contracts on behalf of the company. Achieves profit margins in line with company goals. Required Education, Experience, & Skills BS degree in related field plus 6 or more years of related experience. Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
