Inmate Records must read and comprehend court minutes and various documents and take appropriate action. Examples of Duties Responsible for maintaining accurate data for each inmate incarcerated in Marion County and other facilities with a Marion County hold. Accurately updates appropriate software and jail packets. Responsible for ensuring all necessary documentation is received and properly completed. Efficiently utilize the email system as well as IDACS/NCIC/NLETS and Tiburon. Responsible for calculating dates for sentenced inmates based on information received from the Court and to ensure the inmate is in the release process
