Record the purchase and sale of equipment in depreciation system, update asset information in the system, and process required journal entries to update book value. Overview: We are seeking a Lead Specialist with expertise in general ledger and accounting to join our dynamic team. This role supports commercial client services through processing monetary transactions, loan maintenance, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET, with a late shift of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM ET once a month. Responsibilities: Execute monetary processing such as Dollar Transaction Forms and Loan Initial Funding Requests. Balance general ledger entries via the Automated Posting Application (APA) and resolve account discrepancies. Process requests in departmental systems (e.g., Quest, KeyView) including fee waivers, indicative account changes, and payment reapplications. Perform maintenance transactions on CLS, including borrowing base ticklers, Advance Paydown ticklers, and other updates. Review and act on various reports to ensure system integrity and address potential customer impact issues. C
