I've spent 15 years in manufacturing and this is by far the best company I've worked for. Not much socializing, which works for those who prefer a task-oriented workplace with minimal distractions. Teamwork varies by department. The company maintains reasonable benefits and stable work but offers limited growth opportunities. My experience has been relatively uneventful.
