Position Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position will be the HR and Safety hub for Conco's Field Operations department. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business needs and strategic priorities to ensure excellent execution of talent management, i.e., employee relations, employee development, retention efforts, and engaging Field Operations' management and employees.
