One of the best aspects is the direct access to senior leadership and their willingness to mentor junior staff. Leadership communicates well and leads by example, creating a sense of purpose and direction. Employees are respected and treated fairly, but recognition is infrequent. Communication is polite and professional but sometimes lacks transparency.
