Schedules are firm, leaving little room for flexibility. I’ve grown my skills and confidence since joining. The projects are prestigious, and the company is known for its high standards. Colleagues are reliable, skilled, and cooperative. It’s nice to connect with colleagues outside the construction site sometimes as well. Workloads are predictable but sometimes monotonous.
